Fun Raisers

The main fun raiser for the troop is the On The Water Front in Rockford, IL.

The adults of troop 2 sale tickets at one of the tickets booths and the boy's help the water front staff setup, and tear down the Davis Park Concert stage. All the proceeds go to the troop and this is what the troop runs off of for the year. This pays for added fees on camp outs and charter fees as will as camping equipment for the troop.    

The other fun raisers are popcorn sales, writhe sales, plant sales and candy sales. All the proceeds from these go to the boy’s accounts for camping trips, summer camp, and other boy's needs in scouting.
